I served as the store manager of a large-scale testing center visited by many people every day.

As "on-site professionals," we have welcomed and guided hundreds of thousands of examinees annually at test centers for SPI employment screening, the Kanji proficiency test, and numerous other CBT exams.

Actually, although I am still not with a CBT delivery company, I currently work at the administrative office for a certain certification exam, where I interact with many examinees every day and continue to support their challenges daily.

Why did the former store manager start this blog?

During my time as a test center manager, and even now, there is a moment on the front lines that breaks my heart the most.

That is witnessing test-takers who have to go home in tears without being able to take the exam on the day of the test just because of a tiny lack of preparation or a misunderstanding of the rules.

Those whose identification documents were incomplete and could not be accepted...

Those who misunderstood the reserved time, arrived late, and were unable to take the exam...

To be honest, it's not just one or two people; I've seen thousands of people like this.

I want to reduce, even by one, the number of people who experience the regret of thinking, "If only I had known this beforehand, I could have prevented it..."

I launched this blog with a strong desire to deliver the clearest and most accurate information from the perspective of students and parents, while strictly adhering to the official rules of the broadcasting companies.

I want to support you even beyond the exams.

And there is one more thing that I am working on very seriously in my current position.

That is the creation of a support system for the "exit (employment or career change) after successfully finishing the exam and obtaining the qualification."
